Learn how to pose MODEL

Dear Model,

Practise in front of the mirror …………….. a lot, perfect your poses and learn how your body shapes.

While posing, always remember to create separation between your body and your limbs to prevent yourself from looking squashed up.

If you are raising your arms and your elbows are pointing out, make sure they are not pointing out towards the camera, it looks odd from photographers view.

Elongate your neck to simulate height and poise. Photographers love long necks, well I do anyway.

Keep your hands loose and fluid. I usually say ‘ballet hands’ on set, which means loosen them up, nobody like claw hands in an image.

Push Push Push your energy and poses, go the extra mile. Nobody likes a lifeless dear in the headlights model.

Have a modelling kit for emergencies containing; outdoor shoes, nude/black underwear, face wipes, moisturiser/oil, safety pins/clamp, straw for drinking (the mua will thank you), water, etc

Lastly learn to emote with your eyes. Its super uber crucial.

Most of all have fun.
