In this episode, the girls are faced with their most challenging photo shoot yet: a township couture-themed ad for cellular phone network Etisalat. They also model the latest collection from iconic South African fashion designer Marianne Fassler, while photographer Freddie Child-Villiers had them wrangle a pair of goats for the shoot.

Before Michelle, who is the first girl to shoot, begins her session, a brief fight ensues between the villagers and the show's team. After the situation is resolved, the shoot continues on as usual. Most of the models struggle to remain balanced with their heels on the rugged terrain. Despite having the advantage of wearing flats instead of heels, Joyce fails to create more dynamic poses.

At panel, Roselyn and Aamito are given the most positive feedback, while Joyce is given the worst. Cheandre, Michelle, and Opeyemi all receive mixed feedback. Oluchi questions Michaela's desire to continue in the competition, who reveals that she has expressed her desire to leave on numerous occasions.

In the end Joyce from Nigeria was eliminated while Rosslyn from Ghana won the challenge.
